It comes with two well-presented bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an additional double bedroom.

There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a sitting area and a dining area. Outside, you will find a private parking space for one car and a small balcony area.

Nearby roadside parking will be available on Watergate Road or Trevelgue Road.All-in-all, 28 Zenith is a spectacular accommodation for exploring this corner of Cornwall.

Apartment to Whipsiderry Beach - Opposite the complex but has temporary restricted access at present, it can be accessed via Watergate and Porth beaches though. Apartment to Fistral Beach - 4 miles (easy walking and ample parking in the area). Other beaches within easy reach - Tolcarne, Newquay Town, Great Western, Pentire, Mawgan Porth and Lusty Glaze
