Discover this contemporary bungalow set in an elevated position in the ancient fishing village of Polruan. There is only one road into Polruan, which ends by the quay close to the tidal beach, making the village a quiet and peaceful destination to retreat to. With two pubs, that serve food daily, a bakery cafe and a corner shop, there is no need to leave the village.

Shops, pubs and restaurants are a short ferry ride away, with the passenger ferry running every 15 minutes. Bodinnick Car Ferry (3.5 miles) is perfect for easy access to Mid and East Cornwall. It is also ideally situated for visiting attractions such as The Eden Project (16 miles), or heading out on the South West Coast Path.

Enter into a fantastic hallway space with plenty of natural light. Off of the hallway are four great-sized bedrooms, all with plenty of storage, Smart TVs and luxury linens to enjoy, and with two offering en-suite shower rooms. The remaining twin bedroom is serviced via the family bathroom.

Moving through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, you are immediately hit with the wow factor, with a large fully equipped kitchen ideal for cooking up a family meal and a huge lounge area with comfy seating and a TV – this is the place to kick back and watch all your favourite programs. The dining area offers a vast space to socialise, with a beautiful backdrop of glass that can be opened out onto the wonderful garden with sea views. The enclosed garden is an incredible space with a large patio area, garden furniture and BBQ, as well as a lovely lawn.

It is pet-friendly and secure. This really is a perfect spot to dine alfresco and have a cold drink after a long day of exploring.
