This apartment sleeps four people in one bedroom, consisting of one double with en-suite and there's a double sofa bed in the sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and shared use of an enclosed lawned garden. The Slipway is an excellent base for a couple or small family with all the delights of Cornwall within driving distance. Please note htis property is not suitable for 4 adults, maxim adult occupancy is 3 people.
