On the ground floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, dining seating for two and a TV with Freeview, DVD player, selection of DVDs and games, and a sound system.

Outside, is a small courtyard area with dining furniture and a carpark and free off road parking a short walk away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request.
