Please note: During School Summer Holidays only weekly bookings can be accommodated starting on a Saturday. 10 Quay Court, a four-storey townhouse has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, two ground-floor double bedrooms, a first floor double with an en-suite cloakroom and a first-floor twin, a bathroom and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and five TVs.

Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture, a balcony with furniture, and a sun terrace with furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot.

You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.3 miles, and a beach in 0.5 miles. Enjoy the heart of Cornwall at 10 Quay Court. Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties.
