The house can sleep six people in three bedrooms including one king-size with en-suite, one double and one twin, along with a bathroom.

There is an long open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with new settees for the 2023 season, then leading out to the patio. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio and a storage shed. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Ideally located in a very quiet area just one road back from the seafront with a beach restaurant, but also with a local railway station so perfect for non drivers/walkers/day trips around the region. Newquay is on the South West Coast Path and the sustrans national cycle route 32 also runs through Newquay. Climbing and abseiling activities are in the area and of course being near the sea, there are also angling/fishing trips.

Shop and pub 0.2 miles but other supermarkets/restaurants are also within 0.3 miles. Sorry, no smoking. Beach 0.4 miles.
