Conveniently located just 1 mile from the A30, this is a great base from which to explore the whole of Cornwall.

Head 6.5 miles north to reach the lively coastal resort of Newquay, with its array of shops and eateries plus an aquarium, harbour and sandy beaches. For a splash in the surf with the dogs, choose between Great Western (6.5 miles), Holywell Bay (9.5 miles) and Watergate Bay (7.5 miles) beaches among others. Down on the south coast, find sheltered coves, quaint fishing villages and a host of popular attractions including The Lost Gardens of Heligan (16.5 miles) and the Eden Project (19 miles).
