Westcliff sits in a prime waterfront location and has unrivalled views over Newlyn's magnificent harbour and the stunning coastline at Mount's Bay. Newlyn sits in south-west Cornwall, between the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole and the historic port of Penzance. This charismatic seaside town is an active fishing port providing safe anchorage to one of the largest fishing fleets in the UK.

Westcliff offers an exceptional setting with immense letting appeal. Set in an elevated harbour side position, guests can admire uninterrupted views to the iconic castle topped island of St Michael's Mount and as far as the Lizard Peninsula on clear days. The cottage provides accommodation for up to four adults and two children with three bedrooms, one bathroom and one WC.

There is a sitting room on the first floor, where time can be spent watching the changing skies and tides and the comings and goings of the fishing boats as they land their catch, and a kitchen dining room on the ground floor. To the rear is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. Pay and display parking available within a 5 minute walk.

Westcliff is ideal for friends and families for breaks at any time of year. Note Booking requests made less than three days prior to the date of arrival, are subject to owner's approval before being confirmed.
