Dog friendly holiday cottage, sleeps 12 - Manaccan, Cornwall

Carne Mill is a restored former mill overlooking the creek at Manaccan in Cornwall. The main house sleeps eight people and has four bedrooms; two doubles, one twin (zip and link to 6ft), one twin (zip and link to 5ft), and two family bathrooms. On the ground floor is a large kitchen, stairs to a raised ground floor with entrance hall, sitting room, WC and Utility Room.

The apartment sleeps four and has separate access with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and sitting room/diner. Outside is a large garden with furniture plus off road parking for six cars. Carne Mill is an excellent holiday home at any time of year.

Under floor central heating, electric oven and hob, American fridge freezer, freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, dishwasher, 40" TV with Freesat, Bose surround sound, ipod dock, WiFi, Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Cot and high chair available.

Off road parking for 6 cars. Gardens and woodland, patio with furniture and barbecue. Two well behaved dogs at £50 per pet per week.
