There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed large garden with lawn, patio, non-enclosed pond, and furniture, plus covered sitting area with fridge, electric grill, furniture, and fire pit and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome.
