Harbour House, a semi-detached holiday home over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating, AGA, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine, a sitting room with TV and gas fire, and a study/gym. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, second-floor double, and second-floor twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio and terrace, enclosed front patio with furniture, and off-road parking available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.

Note: There is free parking a 5 minute walk away on the South West Coastal Footpath at Hannafore.There is paid parking a 2 minute walk away at West Looe Quay, there is cheaper paid parking a 6 minute flat walk away at the Millpool carpark, which also has electric car charging stations.
