At the end of the day, take a relaxing soak in the beautifully presented bathroom’s free-standing roll-top bath before heading to bed in one of three delightful bedrooms, all thoughtfully finished in soothing tones and tasteful colour palettes with sumptuous and inviting beds.

Surrounded by countryside, fabulous rural walks begin from your doorstep, and a stroll of 1 mile will bring you to the vast sweeping sands of Hayle Beach. Head out along the South West Coast Path which follows a scenic route across cliffs from Hayle to Godrevy Point, some 3 miles to the north, taking in spectacular coastal scenery along the way. Famed for its natural light, the popular seaside town of St Ives is 9 miles away.

Wander its pretty streets lined with gift shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and sample some of the fresh seafood that’s still landed daily in the region. St Ives Tate is one of only four Tate galleries in the UK and showcases works from both local and international artists with many special exhibitions throughout the year. Paradise Park (2 miles) is a wildlife sanctuary with tropical birds in exotic gardens, rare red pandas, and a huge jungle barn indoor play area that children are sure to adore.
