The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. There are three ground-floor bedrooms consisting of a king-size with en-suite bathroom and two twins, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front decking with hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars and additional on-site parking.

Within 1.4 miles you will find a shop and within 1.3 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available.

Valley Lodge 33 is a fabulous base for a family escape to Cornwall. Note: There is an on-site tennis court available for guests to use.
