Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Family friendly with travel cot and highchair on request. Kitchen, Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

Sitting room with 'logburner effect' electric fire, sofa bed and dining area. TV with wide selection of channels (inc. sports and films package).

High speed WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Games area in the lounge with air hockey and pool table. Oil central heating, power, bed linen and towels inc.

One well-behaved dog welcome with bowl, blanket and treats available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking.
