Hollies Cottage, a first-floor abode, consists of open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests, and a sitting area with a TV. The bedroom consists of a double bed, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a balcony with decking and furniture, and an enclosed front lawn with gazebo, picnic bench, gas barbecue, and bike store, plus private driveway parking for 1 car.

Highchair and travel cot available. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop, and within 1.3 miles, a pub.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Hollies Cottage makes a lovely base for a romantic retreat away. Note: The front lawn is shared with other properties on-site.

Note: This property is for 2 adults and 2 children as the sofa bed is not suitable for adults. Note: Additional cost for charging of electric vehicles on site and should be agreed with the owner directly. One well-behaved small pet welcome.

A few friendly requests........ Supervision – Please don't leave your dog alone in the cottage, and keep them on a lead around the site (they're welcome to run free in the recreation field when you're with them). Barking – We love the peace and quiet here, so we ask that barking is kept to a minimum.

Furniture – Paws off the furniture unless covered—we're happy to provide sheets or towels. Dog waste – Please clean up after your dog; there's a bin right beside Babes Cottage. Thanks so much for helping us keep Hollies Cottage a happy place for everyone (two and four-legged alike!).
