Joylands is a delightful, detached cottage situated near the seaside resort of Falmouth in Cornwall. Set solely on the ground floor, the cottage can sleep four people in a double room, two single rooms, and a family bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area with doors leading outside.

Outside, the garden is enclosed with furniture on a decked area, and there is off road parking for two cars. Joylands is a wonderful base for friends and families exploring Cornwall, all year round.
