First floor: Three bedrooms: 1 x super king size double (zip/link can be 2 singles on request) and 2 x single, family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Second floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC (note there is no door to this bedroom at the top or bottom of the stairs).

External Utility with a Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. Underfloor heating in kitchen diner, all other rooms are heated by electric radiators, there is a wood burning stove in the lounge and electric water heater. Electric range oven with induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, Smart TV and WiFi.

in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars at village hall car park (about 5 minutes walk up a hill).
