The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slow cooker, Nespresso with starter capsules, external washing machine, Smart TV, dining area. There is a double bedroom serviced by a shower room. To the outside is designated off-road parking for one car and a lawn, patio and furniture.

This property will accept three pets but sorry is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 3.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub.

Inny Brook Cottage is a delightful retreat to Cornwall. Note: A dog barrier is available for guests to separate off living areas. Note: There is a dog washing station in the property's garden.

Lawn and patio with furniture, barbecue and a summerhouse, fully enclosed private garden with side access, outdoor hot & cold taps. Three well-behaved pets very welcome. Sorry, no smoking inside the cottage or summer house.
