The open-plan living space in this single-storey, detached cottage has a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker, a dining table for four guests, and a sitting area with a TV. Guests have access to a shared laundry room. There is one double bedroom and a shower room.

Outside, there is a garden with barbecue and furniture, a communal lawn, and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.2 miles, there is a shop, within 1.1, a pub, and within 1.8, a beach. Please note, pets and smoking are not permitted.
