Tom is a charming cottage converted from a barn near the pretty North Cornwall village of Blisland. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin with a family bathroom. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen.

Outside are two shared lawns with furniture and barbecues and 30 acres of grounds to wander, plus parking for two cars. Just ¼ mile from the village, Tom is a lovely location for a relaxing holiday in Cornwall. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Note: No pets between 20th July and 31st August.

Two bedrooms: 1 x king size double, 1 x twin with additional single suitable for children only, by request. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin, newly refurbished bathroom (2024) with Grohe fittings. Open plan living space with seating area and wood burning stove, kitchen and dining area.

Off road parking for two cars. Shared use of Electric Vehicle Charging point. Barbecue.

One well-behaved dog welcome, for a second dog please enquire. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.
