Property Summary

Set in the grounds of a working hill-farm, this property has enough accommodation for groups of up to five people. With a separate games room, it offers an ideal base for families or a group of friends at any time of the year.

This property was originally built and used as a farmhouse and has been lovingly restored to offer accommodation for up to five people. It retains many of the original features, such as exposed beams and a slate fireplace. An enclosed garden offers ample opportunity for a spot of alfresco dining or simply to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over the distant mountains.

This cottage is managed by Sykes Cottages. Dogs must not be left unattended in the property.

Two bedrooms: 1 x family (with double and single beds), 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area.

Sitting room with multi-fuel stove. Separate games room.

Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky package, DVD, radio and CD player, phone with honesty box, WiFi. Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility outbuilding.

Oil, electricity and starter pack for multi-fuel stove inc. in rent, additional fuel sold by owner. Bed linen and towels inc.

in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars.

Bike storage in utility room. Enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome.

Dogs must not be left unattended in the property. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 4 miles, pub 2 miles.

Note: Working sheep farm - please keep dog on lead.
