Rose Cottage is a stunning semi-detached cottage providing comfortable living space for two on Wern Newydd Smallholding in Llandysul. It boasts a mezzanine style bedroom over the sitting room which hosts an electric fire. There is also a kitchen with a dining area and a ground floor shower room.

Outside is the fabulous private hot tub and ample off-road parking. Rose Cottage is the ideal romantic retreat for you and your loved one.

Accommodation Summary

One bedroom: 1 x super king-size double. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area.

Sitting room with electric fire. Please be aware that the Welsh government have strict waste removal policies in place. The owner provides adequate waste separation guidance and appropriate bins at the property.

Please be aware that if the waste recycling/disposal guidance is not adhered to, there may be charges involved regarding this.

One small, well-behaved dog only. Eco central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, WiFi.

Note: due to rural location the Wifi can be intermittent. Note: No beach towels available. Note: There is no grassed area/garden for dogs coming to the property for this reason we can only accept 1 small well behaved dog.
