Towyn Hall is a detached cottage housing a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove, utility and a sun room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a double with en-suite shower, one twin, one bunk, and one king-size.

Off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed patio garden with furniture, hot tub. Within 0.7 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two well-behaved pets welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent.

Note: Owner provides a welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. There is a two hundred and fifty pound good housekeeping bond for this property. The hot tub water is changed for every new arrival, as required by health and safety, therefore the water may not be fully up to temperature on arrival.
