Trawsnant Cottage in a stone-barn conversion housing an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine and for entertainment there is a TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi and a selection of CDs, books and games. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, served by a bathroom.

To the outside there is a private garden with shared access to 35 acres of land with streams, wildlife ponds and bridleways, along with a hot tub and off-road parking for two cars. Within 3 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent.

Trawsnant Cottage is a great choice at any time of year. Note: EV charging is strictly prohibited. Note: Not suitable for children under 8.

Off-road parking for two cars. 35 acres of land, accessible to guests, with streams, wildlife ponds and bridleways, there are steep areas of woodland. Two well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement (additional charge applies).

Dogs must be duck, dog and cat friendly, as there are resident ducks and the owners have their own cats and dogs. Guests can walk their dogs along mown paths around the owner's fields. Sorry, no smoking.
