Pant has four bedrooms; two king-size, one twin, one ground-floor twin. There's a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. There's an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and kettle, a dining area with electric fire and sitting area with a TV and selection of books.

Oil central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot is available. Outside there's off-road parking for two cars, and additional roadside parking, a non-enclosed front garden with lawn and non-enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and furniture.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop in 2.6 miles, pub in 1.3 miles, beach in 1.2 miles.
