Situated near Drumoig, 8.5 miles from St Andrews and 7 miles from Dundee, the six-bedroom, luxury lodge has prestigious courses right on the doorstep and also features its own artificial turf area with a net where you and your friends can practice your swings before heading off with your clubs for the day. Sleeping 12 guests, this exquisite, Scottish abode also has a hot tub to relax in after your physical exertions and an acre of land to enjoy on fine sunny days.

Return home from your trips out to leave your outerwear in the cloakroom and head inside to find beautifully presented accommodation with an abundance of comfort. Prepare feasts for your party in the immaculate kitchen/diner, which has a central island and breakfast bar, then call everyone to the table to sit down together. There is also a handy utility room in this part of the house.

Afterwards, some of you may wish to have a knockabout on the table tennis in the conservatory while others luxuriate in the beautiful lounge where you can light the wood burner and find a film on the Smart TV. Conveniently located downstairs are five super-king-size bedrooms, three of which have en-suite shower rooms. There is also a WC and a family shower room and a family bathroom at ground-floor level.

Another super-king-size bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, and an inviting second lounge, with a second Smart TV and doors that can be opened to the garden in warm weather, are on the first floor. The split-level garden at this property is a splendid feature, with areas for children to play, including the golfing net, which doubles as a football goal, and a BBQ to fire up on summer evenings. There is parking here for six cars.
