This mostly ground floor property has a double bedroom, a lower ground floor twin bedroom, a room with adult bunks, a bathroom, a lower ground floor kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shelter for bikes, a private patio with picnic table plus shared use of individual, portable barbecues, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds.

Kingfisher Cottage is a great holiday base. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool available April-October

Note: Shared enclosed heated swimming pool with , available April- October only. Note: Open lake in grounds about 3/4 mile from cottages reached via a woodland road with coarse fishing available all year round (please bring own equipment). Note: Large open raised lily pond in grounds.
