The Bird House consists of an open-plan layout including a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin, and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is allocated parking for 1 car, with one additional parking space on the grass (weather dependent) and an enclosed decking and patio area with furniture and barbecue.

Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 0.9 miles.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Bird House makes a lovely base for a woodland escape to Ceredigion. Note: There are 3 steps up to the property, please take care.
