Only 25 miles to both Cardiff and Swansea, so easy access to city amenities. Secure equipment storage available. One well behaved dog welcome.

Access to the property and enclosed garden is via land shared with the owner, and where the owner's dogs and other animals may be as it's a working farm, please keep dogs on a lead when in this communal area. There is CCTV on the exterior of the property and the owners land.
