The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, a twin (zip/link) with en-suite rolltop bath, a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, and a double, serviced by a ground-floor shower room.

Outside, there is an enclosed wraparound garden with gravel, lawn, decking, and furniture, plus off-road parking for five cars. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair, travel cot and stair gates available.
